At Kiss My Matte Beauty, we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to own them by responding quickly and doing everything in our power to restore the trust that we’ve lost in the process. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong or missing item please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org In the email please include the following:
- Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.
- Also, include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.
DUE TO COVID-19, ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO FULFILL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Kissmymattebeauty.com , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Kiss My Matte Beauty DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at email@example.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
- Please note that when you place an order with B.Simone Beauty, you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.
WARNING: do not place a chargeback request before reaching out to our team, as this may forget your chances of receiving a refund.
Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file.
- Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’.
- If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
- No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
